Suggested Usage: Four capsules per day for 9 days.
Two at least one hour before breakfast, and two at bedtime, at least two hours after eating.
This product is for both adults and children under adult supervision.
Children under 12- take 2 capsules daily, children under 4 years, take 1/2 capsule twice per day.
Children under 12 and over, and adults, including pregnant women, use 4 capsules daily.
Once you have completed step 1 (either the 9 day or 25 day cleanse) then you can start with step 2, Yeast Control, and take 1 capsule per day for 6 months.
